After logging in click "personal details"

Also select which categories you work in

Don't forget to verify your phone, email and ID card

After completing the steps you'll see awailable jobs in the dashboard

Click "post a job" in the website header

Fill in info about the job

Fill in profile info

After logging in you'll be able to view the job in the jobs section
